Great Location, newly renovated 3 bedroom home perfect for my small family and senior cat.

Great for Short stay with pets Positive: The location was very handy. The lock box was difficult to open on arrival. I found the venue well decorated and very clean. The bathrooms were very nice and the rooms light. Negative: I found the pet cleaning fee of $100 excessive given that I close every room not being used. So, 1 bedroom and lounge area. Maybe this could be a deposit then refunded depending on the state of the property. I collected dog poo but was difficult to find as the grass was in need of serious cutting and the yard maintenance was poor. Small dogs would have got lost!

Positive: This property has been renovated inside and it's simply gorgeous. There was everything we needed and more. Negative: Maybe I could have done with some extra towels for our 3 night stay.

The house was modern, simple, and more than adequate for two people and a dog, with the log fire making the winter eveni Positive: Good location, dog friendly and options to walk to farmers markets, the beach, cafes and shops Negative: Needed to purchase own firewood and kindling (although there were plenty of local suppliers- just wished I’d known before arrival).
