Would definitely book again. Positive: Great location, easy walking from train station. Excellent safe yard for the dogs. Loved the art deco features. Plenty of kitchen utensils if you want to cook. Heating was ample. Close to three supermarkets and short walk into town if you like. Negative: I would have liked some form of heating in the bathroom, a bit chilly.

would not stay here again Positive: The location was good and quiet area Negative: towels were thin and old, bathmat was faded and old, soaps and shampoo were not a high quality which we would have expected for the price, tea towels were tired and grubby, recliner chair could not be raised as it got stuck, we were asked to stip the bed and upon doing so mattress cover had a large stain and the pillows were very stained and dirty. Very disappointing,

This attractive, period house was in an excellent location and well designed for comfortable living. Bathroom and kitchen were of a good standard. The large, grassed back yard was well fenced for our small dog. Two key access was helpful. The driveway is tight but adequate and there is sufficient parking.Stephanie was a pleasant and most helpful host managing the house and our stay.

We fund everything was close and easy to get to. Pleasantly surprised both with the house and Warrnambool would probably go back again some day.Thank you for a very good break.

Positive: Great location within a short distance of Warrnambool's main centre. Private yard where the dog could relax and feel at home.
