Nice house, quiet location, overpriced. Positive: Private property, well appointed, keyless access. Negative: A few basics missing, like milk and face washers - disappointing for the price. Also annoying to be left a list of chores when paying nearly $400 per night. Cleaning could be improved. - stove and range hood were dirty, kitchen lights were dusty and dishwasher stunk. Lounge room rug was also a bit grotty and laundry could do with a thorough clean. I am being critical but I booked this property based on previous reviews and was happy to pay the price for a little luxury. I don’t expect to have empty rubbish bins, put away appliances and wash every dish when staying in accommodation. The standard of cleaning needs to be improved.

Stephanie was a very good host. There was a tap leak into our bedroom and it was quickly addressed so that disruption to our stay was minimized.A lovely and comfortable upstairs room with plenty of light and sea view plus a great kitchen. Also excellent location and beautiful landscaped gardens.
